Change your garden, Change your diet?
Thursday, May 6th, 2010I love hearing from happy EasyBloomers. I recently talked to Cindy, who also lives in San Francisco. She wanted to grow basil
but found out from her EasyBloom that her yard didn’t get enough sun for Basil to grow. This is sadly, fairly common in foggy San Francisco. Most vegetables and herbs need at least six hours of sun (and maybe more!) to thrive.
However, Cindy discovered she could grow sage
AND thyme
These are two herbs that can prosper in less light, as shown by her EasyBloom.
It’s a year later, and Cindy says not only has her sage and thyme grown wonderfully, her cooking has changed! Now that she has access to fresh herbs, she’s making different dishes.
What have been your EasyBloom surprises?
