A Happy EasyBloomer writes us…

Tuesday, March 2nd, 2010

I was thrilled to hear from Wendy, a happy EasyBloomer. She says

“I recently inherited a lot of plants from my mother, who passed away after Thanksgiving. I was overwhelmed with taking care of them and your product has helped me keep them like she would have wanted. I am so very grateful to have this product…my mom would be proud.

Thank you for a great product!! My mother is looking down on me and know she’s happy that I’m taking care of her plants. I have a birds of paradise that she started from seed…it hasn’t bloomed in 6 1/2 years and yesterday the first bloom appeared!

I couldn’t have accomplished this without your product (and a little help from my mom)!”

I’m sure your Mom is proud of you! I love hearing from happy customers, it makes my day.

“I truly love the EasyBloom, it makes my plant maintenance a breeze and that fact that it can tell me whether or not the plants are in the right place is amazing.”

Your feedback: Making us Happy… Making us Sad

Thursday, February 25th, 2010

There is nothing that makes us happier at PlantSense than hearing from happy customers… and we get a lot of happy customers who write to us.

Since we first started shipping in November of 2008 – customer satisfaction has been one of those things that we have concentrated on. When we first started shipping, about 74% of the customers who purchased the product would purchase it again.

We were not satisfied and over the last 15 months, we worked hard to raise this number. Now, over 84% of customers would purchase it again or give it as a gift. Getting that number up to 100% is something we’ll never stop working on. And we celebrate every percentage point that it moves up.

However…

Nothing bums us out like an unhappy customer. After working on PlantSense for over 4 years now (can it really be four years???) it’s amazing how quickly I get over the ‘good’ reviews, and how much one bad comment from a customer sticks with me.

Winter is here….

It’s been cold and rainy here in San Francisco, with more of the same (cold and rain) forecast.

The silver lining is our Christmas Cactus is doing great!
Christmas Cactus has gotten BIG!Christmas Cactus needs 12 hours of darkness, AND nights in the 50s to bloom. Our conference room is notorious for being under-heated, and our Christmas Cactus has burst into bloom!

We’ve had this Christmas Cactus for awhile and it’s grown with us. Here’s it’s original size when it arrived.
