I would love access to the raw data. It would be even better if you provided an API to interact with the device. I love my sensor and I think people give that level of access could develop all sorts of interesting uses for the easy bloom. Its a wonderful little device and I think the open source community could really get inventive with it. One thing that I think would be nice to be able to do is to publish a summary of the data elsewhere, ie on my own blog. Which is something I could easily write if I had access to the data.
