Ask the Plant Doctor » Need some technical help with my particular Easy Bloom product
I have had several good readings in Recommend and Monitor mode from my Easy Bloom. However, I left it to monitor my bougainvilla when there was a pretty big thunderstorm. Now, when I plug my Easy Bloom into the USB port, the software will not recognize my Easy Bloom and I get an error msg. It says something like the software cannot certificate with the unit. Please help. I was going to uninstall and reinstall the software, but was afraid I would lose my already saved readings.

I left my unit outside over 24 hours in Recommendation mode. When I plug it into my USB, it won't launch a browser or read my data. I have done it successfully 2 other times. Why won't it work this 3rd time? Thanks, Becky
