Hi Eleanor, I likewise have similar problems with this blinking piece of plastic called "Everbloom". To me this thing is totally useless and have repeatedly contacted techincal support to no avail. Just the run around to try other solutions, seemingly hoping I'll give up and throw it away. My unit says that it is uploading data, but doesn't have enough "data" to make a recommendation even after I let it monitor a plant for 25 hours or so. Regards, Bud Sears
