Data accuracy, frequency

How often is the data sampled/saved? The graphs indicate variable sample times with variables, such as moisture, taking sudden drops after long periods of fixed value. Is this poor resolution of graphs, inconsistent operation of the device? The depletion of moisture in the soil is not a "jerky" process. If you provided basic data with fixed time intervals, the user could make intelligent decisions on time/frequency of watering, since the recommendations are useful for any of the locations I've measured. You do not recommend plants that are growing very well in a location, so providing me the data would make the device worth using.
Hi Jacque- I answered this question in your other post with more verbosity, but to be brief--the EasyBloom samples data every 15 minutes. To allow users to see a unified "Plant View", we currently compress the data in the graphs. All the data is still used in our diagnosis and recommendation. I'm concerned that you have issues with your EasyBloom inaccuracy--if you give more details about what readings/plants aren't meshing with what you expect, one of our plant scientists can help you. Thanks Edith
