Hi Kate, The Mac version is on the website - Check the blog for a link if you can't find it. I'm using the Mac version, and have used all the Modes successfully, including Recommend. The unit has been really solid - given the weather and my clay soil! (I pre-loosen the dirt first). Best Wishes. Mary
