Unsed unit once, worked fine, tried it again, and it wont go into recommend mode, I get a continual error message to insert sensor, (it already is, and am getting sound and light, so the battery is fine). It recognized the unit, as it did a firmware upgrade sucessfully, however it still wont recommend.

At least you got it to work once. I've been trying (with help from Support) to get mine to work and the program tells me everytime to plug my sensor in - doesn't seem to matter how I do it it always comes back with the reply to plug my sensor in. Battery is new, USB port IS working and I am at a loss. Am beginning to believe (finally) that I really wasted my money. It's a neat idea but I haven't gotten it to work at all.
