It really is extremely frustrating. The first time I set the plant sensor to RECOMMEND and accidentally plugged it into my computer after only 23 hours had passed. My mistake.
The second time it had over 24 hours and same with the third time and now the fourth time and every single time it gave me the same message on the web page "The Plant Doctor does not have enough data to make a recommendation. Please reset your EasyBloom Plant Sensor on the Dashboard and leave out for 24 hours to get Recommendations. "
Has ANYONE gotten this thing to work? I haven't heard anything from tech support. I haven't tried the other two functions yet but when a device has only three functions and one third don't work I'd call that a pretty bad sign.
Just as a follow up: Tech support contacted me and suggested I change the battery. I did and then set the unit out for well over 24 hours. When I plugged it in I got the exact same message as before.
So I've now spent a week trying to get this thing to work without luck.
So far we haven't found a resolution but I can't help but share how incredibly impressed and pleased I am with the level and detail of tech support I've recieved.
