I have an EasyBloom (not plus) sensor that I set to "Recommend Mode" yesterday and popped it in the ground in my desired location. Afterward, I plugged it into my computer this morning to take a reading and it just wouldn't upload anything. I'm sure it was in Recommend Mode last night as I saw it blinking away every few seconds, so it should have recorded some data. I have the latest firmware update (7.8.9) and latest EasyBloom Companion (2.0.17.0) software.
When I plug it in to the USB port, the sensor chirps, goes yellow and then blinks green every second. My computer recognizes the sensor and the Companion Software starts up just fine. I have the companion software set to automatically upload my readings when the sensor is detected. That didn't work. I set it to NOT automatically upload when the sensor is inserted. That didn't work. I tried to manually upload the readings by right clicking the companion icon and clicking on "upload sensor data". Nothing happened. I keep checking my "My Readings" page, but all I see are the readings I did last year. Can anyone help me? This is really frustrating!
