Recommendation won't read

I left my unit outside over 24 hours in Recommendation mode. When I plug it into my USB, it won't launch a browser or read my data. I have done it successfully 2 other times. Why won't it work this 3rd time? Thanks, Becky
Becky- Can you check to make sure your Companion Software is running? It's a little "bloom" in your system tray. Edith
Becky, this is my first use and it would not launch beyond "Dashboard". Support told me to try another battery other than the first one they sent. It could be dead. We went through some perfunctory checklist and I still have to give it another 24 run and see. If it doesn't work, they "should" send me a new one.

I'm having exactly the same problem. It didn't launch the dashboard, and it isn't uploading data. How long does it normally take to upload?

Thanks, Noam. I plugged it into my PC and it worked like a charm. (It didn't work on my laptop.) Holy moley, I love this thing! Now I wish I had the Plus model for the fertilizer info.
I set my plantsmart in my garden, left it for 24 hours and now it is saying there are no readings. How am I supposed to get support for this thing if i can't find any info on the net and only get "b&D" website when I look anything up. Its very frustrating, had the perfect sunny day to get the readings now its supposed to rain all week. What happened to?
