My easybloom doesn't work anymore!!

Hi, I got my easybloom since a few days. The sensor was well recognized by the easybloom companion and windows. But now, when I plug the sensor in a usb port, nothing happens! The companion icon just remains grey, but it still shows me the battery status (which is ok). I tried it on another computer but the problem is the same. I don't know what to do. When I start the sensor the light is always blinking green. Thank you everyone for your help! Elise.
Hi Elise, We've responded to your issue by email. I'm afraid your issue is related to using the sensor outside of the United States, which we cannot support. I have the same type of issue. I had to try different USB ports on my computer until I found the one that easybloom is happy with. Unfortunately it is not the most convenient port for me to get to. I originally installed it plugged into a front port and it worked fine. Then it stopped communicating in that port so now I have to plug it into the back of my computer (not easily accessed).
